CGI

Clothespin

Clothespin

This is some CGI I have dabbled in. This was when I took an online class in 3D modeling for iAnimate.net. iAnimate.net is a school that teaches many courses in CGI such as modeling, lighting, rigging, game design, and animation. My instructor was Sean Callan and he has created hundreds of 3D objects for films and television. For this particular assignment I created a clothespin.

Lamp

Lamp

Here is my rendition of a lamp. I learned how to do this by using the CV Curve tool and the EP Curve tool.

Die

Dice

My rendition of a die. This was made in both Maya and Photoshop. Maya for the modeling and Photoshop for the layering. Particularly, the little indents on the circles.

M96 Recon

M96 Recon

This is an M96 Recon I created. Usually for these assignments the instructor would give us a rundown how to create objects, but for this one I was left on my own. This took over a week to make, but overall I feel satisfied with the end result.

My Room

Michael's Room

This is a model replica of my room. Here I was learning more advanced techniques such as lighting, reflections, cloth folding, and more complex texturing.
